Company's culture runs on harassment, mockery and shaming of employees. There is no recognition or loyalty for hard-work. I go to work everyday, never take a day off and even work nights and weekends in efforts to meet already unrealistic deadlines, and I got shame, humiliation, and disrespect in return.
