It seems that there are many people at MBDA that have ticked all the boxes or answered generic interviews questions in the style required but once hired they clearly can't do the job.
It is a systemic issue that new hires come in on higher grades/pay then get trained up by people on lower grades and we are doing exactly the same job. If that lower graded person wants recognition or promotion they have to jump through hoops and prove that they can perform tasks that the new hire cant even do. Also some people get promoted as they have the right connections. It's totally unacceptable.
Also they have all these processes on their internal website that they boast about but they don't follow them when challenged.
Bullies are not dealt with despite formal complaints and people are suffering greatly with their mental and physical health due to this.
Their systems and procedures are so out of date and it takes years for improvements to be implemented if at all. Too many meetings and not enough action
