Pros
The team and people are overall welcoming and friendly. Working atmosphere is very pleasant. This is the main draw in my opinion. The company makes efforts to demonstrate it cares about us employees, both in terms of providing a variety of benefits and also in terms of clear and regular communication. Employee feedback is heard, decisions are made with this feedback in mind, and the reasons for actions taken (or not taken) as a result are communicated to us.
Kontras
As the working conditions are good and the company is relatively small, higher positions such as management have low turnover. While this is in general a good thing, it means there are few opportunities for career advancement within the company. My colleagues commonly express the sentiment that in order to seek advancement in their careers, they would need to look outside LiveScore. In addition, this can result in the competition when a new Senior role does open causing some tension within the team.
