Small company, employer, and coworkers were like family. Front office super responsive and efficient.

Had to sell therapy services; PT, OT, ST. Continues in business as a Nursing home health.

Patients, Benefits and can't think of anything else which is very disappointing knowing it's an agency for peds.

Lack of communication and care for nurses. I saw a case listed by company needing perm coverage and this case was on the list for a very long time. I took the case weekdays and everything was great. A few weeks later I saw a email of cases and realize they put my days and hours plus weekends needing coverage all together for full time. I got in contact with office and basically was told no nurse would take the weekend hours so they put my hours and the weekend together in hopes that someone will take it because it's more hours. I asked okay where will that leave me? Why wasn't this told to me in advance? Office said we will find you something else. Mind you they hardly get cases and now I see why. I received a text from the parent asking why I don't want to work with her child anymore. I explained the situation and she stated she wanted me as the nurse and will let the office know. Now for a parent to contact the nurse and neither one of us know what's going on is very unprofessional of the company. Parent stated this was not the first time this has happen and not happy with the company. Now I see why. It's very sad for the patient and the family. Let's not forget also for the nurse. This company will not treat you like the team and like your life, family and bills don't matter. I expressed my concerns with the company and rather not work for a company that don't communicate nor treat their nurses with respect. Parent adores me and I adore patient and parent. If you want a company that take good care of the team and families this will not be the place to work.
