There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

This company and all the ones behind danaher is full of bulshit. They under pay everyone, make you feel guilty if you don't do their extended useless trainings so you cannot think about your career and life. It is managed by selfish people and make sure they finger point you every minutes to protect themselves. There is nothing to gain by working for them. Danaher has bought all those small companies and make promises and money on your back.
