      Pros

      Great vibe, young, hard working people, fun culture, free snacks, good leadership. My VP is the most talented person I've ever worked for.

      Kontras

      A few bitter people who are cancers. The management team has gotten rid of most of them but there are a couple people left who are just miserable.

      The processes are very well in place, and the team is well-resourced

      Kontras

      its a white woman's club. Lots of first-wave feminism and zionist conversations are being thrown around. The culture can really bring down the morale of POC employees.
