Coworkers are friendly and helpful, and create a good work atmosphere. Generally relaxed dress code. Good benefits package.
Kontras
Lower management and supervisors ignore employee concerns. Lower management may also take employee ideas and implement them without giving credit to the employee. They tend to fire experienced and veteran workers around the Nov-Dec holidays for tax purposes. Production floor contains mainly 6-month long temporary workers, which causes a lot of communication issues and inconsistencies. They reduce work staff and do not replace them, causing an overload of work for employees. Glass ceiling, most workers are not given a chance to advance to a higher position.
