Company culture is forced on everyone. If you don't fit in you're the nail and corporate is the hammer. Punishment varies to an insane degree. Some people don't get punished for mistakes, and others have been fired on the spot for not looking busy enough. Company has a hyper focus to grow and thus most decisions are financially driven. (cheap)
