It is just any other company. 1. You are a “resource”, they pay you and they believe they own ALL of your time. 2. Policies are changed retrospectively and never for the good 3. Thanks to the policies, Company will soon be filled with only those who cant find any other opportunity. Everyone wants to Quit. 4. Everyone needs to do sales. So better have a business degree. All because they are not able to grow. 5. They want to move everything to offshore where margins are higher. So basically even the company wants you to quit 6.You will have a "present" but not a "future" here. 7. Don’t expect anything. Not even job security, forget supporting you in any Visa related issue. 8. Under the previous CEO, Gopi, this was a company you would have loved and cared about because the company cared about employees. Now, only Money Matters. 9. By the looks of it, they may be even be trying to sell the company. So, join if you have no other choice. Move on as soon as you find any other (I am not even using the word better here) opportunity.
