Everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was overall conducive to a good working environment. Communication was clear. Most everyone had a good sense of humor and wanted the company to succeed.

I didn't care for the 2 unisex bathrooms in the office. I had to put the seat down too many times.

It's a paycheck. Air conditioned, but still hot in summer. Perfect attendance bonus every month is 3.5 percent of previous months gross once you reach top teir after 3 months of perfect attendance.

This place is a joke. They don't value talent or loyalty. They value and reward people who b**t kiss and tell anything they can learn about you. Lazy b**t kissers move up and hardworking people are overlooked. Make promises that turn out to be lies. Pay is bottom of the range for the field. Benefits are the worst I've ever encountered. Family plan is over $600 per month for just medical, more if you add dental and vision. Expensive to have and more so to actually use it. Holiday pay does not count towards your 40 for OT, so if you come in early or stay over the week of a holiday it's straight time. They also take away your shift premium for holiday pay and vacation days. If you just need a paycheck it's that. They play music over the intercom speakers on the floor and its all Classic rock and country every day. Great if you're pale and senior. Not inclusive or diverse. No phones or earbuds allowed either. Overall not a good place to work.
