Great benefits as far as medical, vacation, and sick days go, which is really rare for a contract agency.

After I met my contact from the agency the first day on the job I never heard from them again, other than via email to inform me when my vacation benefits became available. When my contract eventually did end, they seem to put any effort into finding me another one. After giving them two months and reminding them once a week I was still looking, I turned to another agency whom found me employment elsewhere almost immediately.
LanTek, like most of the agencies in Pittsburgh, seem to have a special relationship with certain companies and certain schools (like PTI). If you aren't a student of one of those schools, they don't seem to try very hard.
