After the merger of lti and mindtree , the company has no much project left and there are very less client calls or no calls and the bench policy is also revised and its 60 days . Gets call from HR after 60 bench days asking for resignation. Salary revision not happening. timesheet submission is complicated and salary deducted if not submitted on time. communication is poor from management .
