Most of the employees are cool people with diverse hobbies and interests, so making friends at work can be easy. A few managers actually care about their employees and growing them as professionals. Good environment for go-getters, and self-starters.
Kontras
Most of the money just goes to investment shareholders or acquiring new businesses instead of investing in the company foundations and its employees. The executives rather lay people off than take a pay cut (so one can demo a historic mansion on a seaside cliff and build a new one). Managers are aloof, or rage cases.
