No worklife balance micro managing -Home warehouse, parts and trash you have to dispose of. company doesnt help you with any of it they believe all your parts fit in your van. be prepared to have your truck overloaded with parts, garage and patio as they get delivered daily. they expect the most out of you, they dont see that as a technician to be efficient you need a organized and cleaned van and garage. alot of techs work outside of the clock to clean up All the Trash from LG doesnt take care of. breaking boxes down etc. - no bonuses, they decided to instead reward the low performing techs, they have micro managing apps. as a technician with 3,000+ compressor installs. the company baby sits you and micro manages you. you have to input alot of useless information before you can start your job. lets say you are having a bad day, truck needs oil change, parts and boxes are piling up at your home, and you have to stop by suppliers to gather accesories and if you dont complete the minum of calls that they require you too. expect a call from your manager. he doesnt care, he just wants his productivity and believe me he will be adjusting and complaining about you doing to many hours. the company also has a horrible Dispatch system expect alot of driving. aside from everything they installed cameras in the vans. if you have a micromanaging manager. goodluck he will be watching everything you do. i dont know any techs that are happy with LG ANYMORE. They have focused alot on productivity that it has effected alot of things. this company no longer runs its employees like true factory technicians. they run it like a small mom and pop shop. goodluck getting PTO approved expect to do 3-4 sealed systems a day. each can take up to 2 hours. alot ofnhazardous materials you have to use. alot of wear and tear on your body. not worth it for what they are paying. im going to end this with 1% yearly raise
