I am allowed to operate with a high degree of autonomy and express my creative self. Very little interference on a daily basis, but lots of guidance and help when needed.

It is a very high pressure, high performance environment. Not everybody can handle the autonomy and not being told what to do all day. If you are not a self-starter, you will not thrive.
