Kinetik's culture is unmatched. From the moment I walked in the office for the first time the ambiance was energetic and warm. Every employee from immediate co-workers to C-suit management went out of their way to say hello and welcome me. The truly unique thing about the culture at Kinetik though, is its ability to transfer through to remote employees. Being a remote employee usually comes with its challenges, such as disconnection from the onsite employees and culture, and a greater overall lack of communication. Not once though, have I faced any issues as a remote employee that my onsite counterparts wouldn't, and I feel just as integrated in the team. There are also an abundance of ways to get involved near or far in both work related committees and/or fun clubs. Another great thing Kinetik offers are its benefits including incredible healthcare (100% company paid for), commuter benefits, free snacks/drinks in the office, a beautiful office space, and 401k matching. Lastly, (but I could go on) Kinetik truly invests in its employees. They don't just encourage employees to succeed, they help them excel. They provide continuous training courses, encourage mentorship from all levels/departments, and offer great overall support. It is also a huge bonus to be making a true difference in healthcare world!

There are really no cons in my opinion, but with it being a start up it is incredibly fast paced and ever changing. Things are never stagnant, there is always something to be done and developments to be made. Thinking quickly and creatively, and being flexible, is a must.
