-Minimal and ineffectual communication from middle management to us -Seems to be no communication from upper management to middle management -Thus no communication in general -People who were useful to the company got laid off and people who aren't useful haven't been laid off so it's very difficult to do our jobs at all -Starts bad and gets worse (unlike shoveling cow manure) List could be very long but a simple summary of: it's a really awful place to work and I'm looking for another job (possibly shoveling cow manure) right now
