The office is friendly and welcoming. Being there felt like having a small family made up of distant relatives.

Everyone's job is very focused. There's not much room for variety here. Work should be exciting and this wasn't so much. This also makes it difficult to connect with coworkers on their work - everything's so specialized there's not much common ground.
