      Good industry prospect, company is growing. Internationalization and expansion in various countries. Good learning in automation and digitalization. Definite recommend to the graduates.

      Work life balance might be challenging. Overall system and process need to further improved and look into, complexities of working in different geography is natural as a results

      Pros

      Exec staff lays out the plans for the upcoming year and provides goals for all to contribute to reach the company goals for that year. A LOT of growth that is outpacing the business processes and systems ability to keep up with the change but everyone is heads down working to make it happen. Excellence is rewarded.

      I would have stated distance vendors in supply chain impacting everyone's jobs but that is being corrected with onshoring of part fabrication.
