People were waiting literally months to receive tools, having to share amongst themselves and bring in their own.
Very high turnover of staff, only a very small handful have been there longer than 5 years.
High amount of graduates which don't receive training, get frustrated and leave the company once they have experience, leading to more and more frustration for existing staff.
Projects are constantly running over requiring unpaid overtime.
Making the same mistakes project after project.
No gratitude given from management when you dig in, put in the hours and get the project delivered, only that it'll be expected next time from you too.
The workshop is freezing in the winter and roasting in the summer due to no insulation.
I cannot see how they will be successful in the future.
