Justia is a fast growing company with great leadership at the helm. They are focused on their long and short term goals while treating their people well. You are free to approach anyone on the C-Level team with any questions. They have loyal customers and employees which speaks volumes. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Justia and consider many there my friends.

They could have come back to work at the office a little sooner than they did. However, I'm sure there are reasons that I am unaware of that they stayed remote until recently.

Not a demanding or challenging company to work for. Very laid back, not too stressful. Not a huge workload. Can get away with pretty much anything. Free Great America passes!

Poor management. Unfortunately there is a lot of office gossip, particularly in the senior management and C suite level. A somewhat nepotistic environment due to a small group of people micromanaging the entire company. There are little to zero career growth opportunities. Might be a good place for your very first job, just not a good place if you’re looking for a career.
