young work force, you get to meet interesting people who come to the office for talks and shoots

no growth plans for junior team members no learning opportunities - if you require mentorship they fire you lots of firing, layoffs for ambiguous reasons insane timelines with no logic, long working hours, no work life balance senior management takes all the money and perks, and gets off on talking badly about junior employees in their cliquey meetings

The only Pro is that I got out before I was scammed too badly.

I applied for a job listing that I have over 15 years of experience in and it stated that it paid up to $30. I went to the orientation and they are illegally only paying $5-$8 per hour! For writing, acting, voice acting, editing, and transcription writing! Minimum wage in my state is over $16, but they still tried to illegally pay me disgustingly low wages.
