Clear curriculum Kids are nice Easy to get hired without lots of experience Very thorough with training and advice Staff is very forgiving of mistakes in new hires.

Fast paced, lots of multitasking and focusing And very draining. Everytime I end my work I had a migraines afterward. Eventually I ended up being fired but I guess the role wasn't meant for me anyway. I'm a neurodivergent person so I guess this role drains me more than a normal person.
