Poorly managed and no direction - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Invu: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company has no idea which way it's going and no cohesiveness in the design of the product. Updates are botched and put out with issues, communication is lacking between departments and management are mostly absent unless a standoff is happening. They promised training to do certain parts of the job that never materialised and still expect extra work with no thanks. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Most members of staff have been there for many years and it seems to be a place to go and stagnate. Avoid if you want to enjoy your job or advance.
