      Involta really does NOT do a good job of maintaining a good work culture. Things are extremely toxic, pay is WELL below industry standards and expectations are too high for not the best environment. Executives spend more time chatting with each other, about employees, and what they can do differently rather than actually looking to make positive changes. Management spies on private conversations and is little to no help on anything. Their work culture is hands down one of the worst I've ever been part of, they do not value employees. Promotions are a far off... don't expect one

      There are some great people at this company, unfortunately, none of them run the company.

      The old CEO was invisible in the company but loved the spotlight out. Took credit for company he did very little at and forced out all the good leaders. That was the better of the CEOs. The new CEO understands very little of the business, but steps on those who know what they are doing. He is killing off long term customers and dismantling what was once a good culture. I started looking in 2020 after my favorite leader was fired, glad i did. Much happier with a company that is respectful with leadership that is supportive.
