Good resume filler, but you have to work with really sleazy, dishonest and corrupt management. - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Interface Talent Network: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pros

It's really easy to get a job at this company. Their turnover rate is insane: most employees do not last for more than a few weeks. If you want a good resume filler in Marketing/Sales, then it's not a bad place to get some experience.

Kontras

The leadership of this company literally will lie to your face even when there's no reason for them to do so. They are just that incapable of communicating honestly and clearly. Management, for these people, consists of upper management degrading and pointing fingers at the young, inexperienced employees who are too scared to stand up for themselves. Those who are tough enough (or soulless enough) can become managers themselves. The company is in a constant state of chaos: if you bring up an issue to management, or suggest a solution to a current crisis, you will be blamed and berated. If you spend most of your time saying horrible things about your employees and are a really good liar to the clients, you will be rewarded. The owners live well, meanwhile many employees go months without receiving pay, and they do close to nothing for the clients, after ripping them off for thousands of dollars.

Pros

Usually surrounded by pretty staff, they play an upbeat pandora radio playlist all day, could get the photographers to take professional photos of you if you're cool enough, friendly staff, potential to make a lot of money if survive the training.

Kontras

now about leaving your soul at the door...these families come in looking for their ticket to fame and fortune..their ticket is their child. the scouts at malls send in talent that they think will be the next big thing, in reality i think they scout for the family most willing to empty every single penny in their pocket for a CHANCE, the majority of families that came in either could be described as "rachet" or "no habla ingles". so as a director you have to try to squeeze every penny out of these people, and if they don't have money, they make you ask if they have a friend or family member that can lend them the money right now. The credit cards almost always decline...just an idea of the clients you'd be dealing with...if they leave a deposit, they have 3 days to cancel with a written letter post marked and mailed. most of them don't understand and will call non stop or stop back in to demand their money. the company doesn't refund on the spot which is weird. it was a high stress job, unsure of how your pay checks would be, or what craziness would walk through the door thinking they're already a star. but hey it's the entertainment business. get your experience to build that resume and leave.
