1) Favoritism (for those who always bribe the leaders & managers over the ones who work hard and not to bribe them). 2) Micromanagement (from some leaders). 3) Lots of conflicts/frictions among employees/employees & leaders (caused by cons #1 & #2). 4) Not very good Award and Recognition program. 5) Too many sick calls.
