But everything suddenly changed. FBS came up on the horizon with the broken "Toyota Kaizen" principle - the original two pillars of the Toyota Way are “respect for people and continuous improvement’, but I don't see any of them in F… BS implementation. A lot of good people were left or let go. The problem is that the environment is toxic. The monkeys are running the zoo. Middle management with low intelligence, and high ego, is running the show under the unclear and undirectional control of the CTO and R&D director, who have little or no experience in running R&D but are very busy hiring low-cost and low-experience overseas staff.
