NO management,Once a month pay, when the funds were in the account. Rats inside of the terrible work spaces. At some post there aren't any restrooms. Im not sure how the company is still in business. The supervisors fight the employees literally. The supervisors are ex junkies or are still doing drugs and drinking. Upon hire a contract is signed to take taxes out after 90 days but after working for a year taxes still weren't taken out which meant i owed the government. Sexual advances were made by the HR no upper management so there was no one to tell. Supervisors gave schedules to the employees they favored. The owner hired a whole new staff to over ride the old upper management but the new upper management took half of the company to a new company and created a mess. This company was and still is a big messsssssss!!! Be aware before you apply they hire EVERYONE who comes in. To top it all off the owner is the chief of police for one of the counties near dekalb county. He learned the law to find the loop holes in it. This is a security company none of the officers secure anything... I KNOW!!!! 3/4 of the company is not certified to even do security in the state of ga!!!!!! They don't even have a training class. I was getting paid to sleep!!!!
