The pay is good at least.

Kontras

Nothing but a call center. There is no structure or team work. "On-call" rotation is actually a full 7 days of working 3rd shift. Management makes empty promises. If you want your career to take a nose dive, work here.

Pros

Very underrating when it comes to taking time off. They pay well when you work on a holiday.

I went from working days two nights with no increase in pay and I have been with the company for four years and I’m still making the same amount. I was the day they hired me.

Remote work . Little to no micro managing . Decent pay

Kontras

Growing company going thru some changes so lack of stranded policies and procedures.....raises have not kept up with inflation
