Pros

Learned a lot about insurance industry, good company, some colleagues are great, some are so-so

Kontras

Limited opportunities to move cross-functionally. Experienced racism and discrimination at work (you will notice that in Montreal offices). Notice that some higher levels (managers and even VP level) are very racist toward asians especially. Your opportunity is limited if you are asian no matter how well you perform at work. Some managers and colleagues give hard time to asians at work. Never seen an asian at senior manager or VP level. Some employees have lots of issues against asians, even VP level mock on asians (I don't want to give names). Some managers treat you like idiots because of being asian and not being perfectly fluent in french/english
