Wonderful People to work for. Very laid back, but you do have to put in your hours of hard work in. At the end it really does pay off!

So many meetings that interrupted my work flow.

The company culture is beginning to fall into focus, with books and personal growth books and tools liberally shared. On the personal side, your job is only the starting point. If you perform for the job you want, not the one that you have, soon, it will be yours. Grit, accountability, member-centric thinking, efficiency and result-driven sum up the recipe for success, and success is rewarded.

Not much to say on the con side. Perhaps, how long will these four walls contain us?
