Very bad experience - IT Recruiter bei Innovalus Technologies: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked 9 month and Major con is the managers, they don't allow juniors to grow. He will take all credit of others work. He don't know anything about recruitment but he is the boss of innovalus. I do not know if CEO af company knows or not, but this company is not growing because of the manager. Employes of company are good and helpful. They are friendly but the manager is main person because of him company size will be same forever. He thinks he is smart but he is main reason that company will not grow. If anyone will ask for leave then managers either fire him or the employee will not get salary and incentive. No one likes him in innovlaus .
