Innovalus technologies is one of the best example of quote - "One Rotten Apple Spoils The Whole Barrel" Micro management , too much of politics between manager & remaining employees , used office equipment , Bad people management , employees are treat as machines not human , linguistic discrimination , No work life balance . Forget about team outing or Official trip , if you are working here. Even if you are graduated from IIM or IIT , your salary will be 10,000 - 15,000 rupees and you will reporting to the manager graduated with fake degree & fake experience . Only google free training , company will not spend money for trainings. Manager is good in People Management , firing the employees without reason and showing his great people management skills to CEO If you are working with this company then dont expect growth , salary increment , incentives , bonus ,vacation , benefits , Insurance , career stability & work-life balance.
