The sole driving force is profit maximization. Poor Benefits & High Costs: Benefit coverage is subpar and comes with an extremely high price tag, placing an undue financial burden on employees. No Annual Raises: Despite any initial expectations or implied growth, there are no annual salary increases, leading to a sense of stagnation and undervaluation. Salary is low.
