Pros

People can be nice.. at times Paycheck hits your account (surprisingly) Nothing else

Kontras

Certain Management does not need to be there. They treat employees like trash at times and often don't know what they are doing. People are leaving left and right, and management often doesn't care to make sure work is taken over properly. Also they dont replace people, they often either get temps or spread the workload since they can not truly afford it. In most areas, there are more temps than full time employees. They have delayed raises for over a month, for no apparent reason. It used to be fun to work there, but now it feels like an empty shell of what it used to be. Since the "transaction", things have gone down hill in the pursuit of money and getting bought out. New investors are trying to run the well dry (the well is already dry). So now it's push to get as much money in as possible. New CEO is out of touch. While nice, often has unrealistic expectations and demands things that can not be done by system or overall limitations. Some managers are trying to keep things together, while other managers are trying to prove themselves through control and naivety. Employees are not happy and people can see it's not going well. Please, stay away if you can. There is no growth or opportunity here, just a lot of work for little pay.

Pros

Tried to think on this, but several minutes in...nothing came to mind

Kontras

Employee & Customer Disregard: The company demonstrates a complete lack of concern for its employees, customers, and the effective operation of its individual business units. The sole driving force is profit maximization. Poor Benefits & High Costs: Benefit coverage is subpar and comes with an extremely high price tag, placing an undue financial burden on employees. No Annual Raises: Despite any initial expectations or implied growth, there are no annual salary increases, leading to a sense of stagnation and undervaluation. Salary is low. Broken Promises: Both employees and customers frequently experience false promises, leading to a significant erosion of trust and a chaotic environment. Excessive Turnover & Workload Redistribution: The company suffers from very high employee turnover. Instead of addressing the underlying issues and rehiring, the workload is simply piled onto the remaining staff, often with false promises of promotion incentives for taking on the extra work, which are never followed through on, leading to burnout and further departures.
