I have worked at In Search Of Technology part-time as a Digital Marketing Specialist. I recently changed careers which makes finding work difficult because of lack of experience. I wanted to get back into the marketing field. Justin Bryant saw my skills and gave me an amazing opportunity to gain valuable experience that I need. The work environment is well balanced and my hours are flexible. Justin is very collaborative and values the input of his employees. He gives feedback from my work both tactfully and kindly. He is always available if I need guidance yet he trusts his employees enough to let them do their job. In Search Of Technology is growing fast with their unique vision of actually wanting to help people. That is what I love most about the company, relationships are paramount. Employees are friends and you can trust one another. I have had a great time working at In Search Of Technology and would recommend working there.
