Scam company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Imperium Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I started out with this company in Pennsylvania and was very nervous when I started. I quickly learned how great this team is and how everyone loves working together to reach goals! When the manager said he was expanding to Maryland I took the opportunity to move with him and never looked back! I started out in entry level and worked my way up as Account Manager and am pushing to be an assistant manager very soon! This program is very fast pace, great work environment with all different types of people, and making good money!

Demanding hours but worth it to grow within the company!

There are no pros in pyramid schemes

I worked here for a few days before I realized what this really is. It's door to door sales for some energy company which is not what they make it seem like during the interview. They sell you the dream of running a business and owning your own office someday, but a couple of people that had been there for over 2 years quit around the time I did. They want you knocking on doors 6 days a week for 100% commission. They also want you to dress business professional, but then you have to change into khakis and a t shirt in some dirty garage area that's in the back part of the office to go out into the field. This was a complete waste of my time and I wish I would've paid attention to the red flags from the beginning
