5 working days a week is the only pros but they force you to come over weekends too and assign work at last moment. Only hire fresher's/juniors

1. No career growth. 2. Doesn't appreciate the work of employees, only give negative feedback to them. 3. Terminate the employees immediately if project is completed. 4. Working on old technologies which is not used in other companies. 5. If you become senior in this company, your experience is not valuable. 6. Never recommend any junior to join. 7. Immediately tell their employees to terminate their duties in one week if they are making progress slowly.
