The leadership is supportive, hard working, and cares about the staff. Health benefits are good, but could be better. PTO is flexible

The company operates like a small business in that there are little to no processes, or they change after they get made. Nothing is organized or laid out clearly. I think pay is very diff even on people in the same team. Expect bonus to be half or less than promised. Also, don’t expect a raise for tenure, only for promotions by switching departments- not many department have jr. sr. level, just everyone in the same rank, makes it hard to move up without leaving your department.
