Great work atmosphere and great people to work with if you are a junior and want to get into the ERP industry. Given that Ideaca is a consulting firm, juniors are at an advantage of getting to know how things work at different clients. Opportunity to learn a lot and networking is awesome

The company promises big career advancements but they fail to deliver once you gain some experience. For a new graduate, this is not a place to spend anymore than 2+ years if they themselves have solid career goals to achieve.
