Teams are mostly good, competitive salary level, abilities to grow and learn
Kontras
All outsource-specific problems are here like boring tasks, legacy technologies, etc, bad work\life balance, always trying to get more from you. Offices might be better as well as equipment. Somewhy people like free lunches but I won't recommend it as can't call it healthy food.
