People are jumping ship - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei IRIDEX: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I haven't received a bonus since I started working here. Money is "tight" apparently. Most times when someone leaves, management just distributes that persons work among the people who are left, without any compensation or benefit (besides implying we should be happy we have a job at all)
