They welcomed me and were very friendly towards myself. Great economic treatment (the best I think in Italian public administration). The institute has a Bar and a Grocery where you can buy good food and beverage at a very cheap price.

I do not see any cons. If in Italy we had had more possibilities to find career opportunities like this, then our problems would have been all definitely fixed.
