- this location is an island compared to the rest of the company, run very differently - absolute * show for mind games, politics, scheming, and kissing up to climb up - already established cliques that hold on to power/control at the expense of human decency - your previous work experience outside of the company means nothing - lying and throwing people under the bus is a daily occurrence - technical knowledge absent, it's all about putting on a show so %90 of the technical positions are filled with highly socially skilled people with no background in or need to learn their industry - management is vindictive, petty, and cruel - many, many fake social events for consolidation of power and to give the huge middle management population something to be busy with - quarterly safety meetings where management pretends to be knowledgable/care about the latest HR topic (mental health, harassment, racism...) - HR does not know what they are doing and will not help you if you're struggling, you're more likely to get in trouble if you do talk to them - high probability you will face harassment from above
