The company places a strong emphasis on regular engagement through various channels, including townhalls, company-wide events, and department-specific activities. Open communication is present here and feedback is encouraged. This transparency not only helps in addressing any concerns promptly but also promotes a culture of trust and collaboration.

      There appears to be a need for more dedicated spaces in the office to facilitate close-knit, collaborative discussions. Benefits can be further enhanced by providing more flexibility that could better accommodate individual needs and preferences. E.g. Flexible benefit

      Pros

      Work conditions were good. Doing a lot of work out on the floor and not in the shop on 2nd shift. Over all good pay. Good but expensive insurance.

      Politics and personal were a bit much. Getting off of second shift looked gloomy.

Opportunities to Grow: Hubble provides ample space to take on new challenges, work across teams, and contribute beyond your job title. Efforts and performance are recognized. Meaningful Impact: The work we do has real, visible impact on our clients and the broader construction ecosystem. It feels good to be solving real problems.
