Health Insurance benefits company pay 50% - PTO - End of year Bonus. Started out of college and was able to learn a lot for the first couple of years.
Kontras
Moving up in the company is not worth it, it's all about who you know and how well do you know them, and what you can do for them. They are moving a lot of departments out of the US to Mexico to keep minimizing costs. Pay is not good at all.
