Pros

Good benefits (health and dental insurance, vacations paid, 2 days off with full payment during the year, Birthday off) If you are studyng they can help you with your schedule

The comunicaton is horrible, one day you are working on a position and the next day they could move you to another position without any warning. They don't explain the reason for the changes until weeks later, and that's if people start asking questions. One day they give you a task and a week later they change it because they realized it wasn't useful and they send you back to do what you were initially doing. The clients were always the most affected. Massive withdrawals without prior notice. Lack of organization in the processes. everything was done on the fly instead of planning before executing.

pay, remote, some good/smart people in pockets

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
