Poor management Unreasonable targets Everything you do is monitored from breaks, how often you use the toilet, how long you take after each call to the next, how long you are on a call, how long you take to do anything basically its very stressful. Like you cannot breath! God forbid you have a very quick conversation with the person next to you.
