Having to do things 3 or 4 times before finished (update after update from head office) and then AM's, ROM's having local opinions to force a change again. Morale is terrible and new leaders don't understand deployment, payroll or how long things take. E.g. 2500 Price increases on a Sunday with the suggestion to do before open, but that's 20hours worth of work.
